Built on the standard 7v7 shape: goalie, two backs, three midfielders, one striker.
Build-out lines are drawn halfway between each penalty box and the halfway line. On a goal kick or any free kick in the box, the other team must get behind it and cannot cross until the ball leaves the box or a second teammate touches it. The goalie has 8 seconds, and the count starts once the other team is behind the line. No punting in 7v7. Encroaching gives us an indirect free kick, and if the ball stops in the box before a second touch, it is a re-kick.
Marking: goal side means between your player and our goal. Ball side means a small step toward the ball so you can see both. Stay tighter when the ball is close, and drop off to help when it is far.
